your information here is flawed. A full size up like you showed is 1/4 wider than the 10 medium you showed here.

I have small feel. I wear size 7.5, but my feet is still too short , but if i wear size 7 then the side is too tight

What you need is a size 7 bigger width shoes. Take the width of a 7.5 you are comfortable with and get the correct size 7 with the 7.5 width

chart Doesn't look right. says womens 9E is wider than mens 8E ...(1 size diff between equiv mens and womens shoes) and when I get mens equiv of a womens size, they are always wider. Chart says narrower.

Actually. A ten wide will have the same width as an 11 regular. There’s a difference in width and length between sizes. Just saying

I can't tell you the number of times a sales person would try selling me a size larger because they didn't carry the wider widths. I told one they were crazy, I'd just go elsewhere for a proper fit shoe!

It’s completely out of the sales persons control. I work sale shoes on the daily. They never send us different width shoes. They have specialty stores for that. Going into your regular grab your shoe and go store was your mistake. Not all places who sell shoes are foot experts.

But if you order a wide, it is often too wide everywhere, not just the toe. I have a narrow heel and wide toe. NEVER has a wide shoe fit me properly.

+Yokie Miller I don’t have this problem ( I have really wide feet ) but have accidentally found this type of shoe that wasn’t wide, yet it had a rather large toe box. You need a “wide fit” shoe in medium width. Try Sketchers wide fit. They seem pretty popular and aren’t really expensive.

Try getting the wider width shoe and then adding insoles that cup your heel to take up the extra space in the heel area without losing the extra space in the toe area. You may have to try out several brands of insoles to finally find what works for you, but it's better than never having shoes that fit.

I too, have a wide toe and narrow heel! I finally found a shoe that actually doesn't pull my socks off. New Balance makes shoes with a last for people like us! It i's the SL2 last! I get the 928 because I also have a high instep so I need the extra depth too. You can goto their website and search on SL2 and it will bring up the shoes made with that last. Granted, they're not cheap, but do last quite sometime. I've been wearing the same pair, almost daily for nearly 4yrs.

Liked your video. Questions: why don't the shoe companies make narrow widths more available? Why did the shoe companies stop making widths readily available such as AAA, AA, Slim, Medium, etc. If you have a narrow foot it is impossible to get a decent pair of shoes in any store, online is the only way to go. But, you ca't try them on first.

@Martha Trese Check out Italian made shoes. They tend to run narrow. Also if you must wear a medium. Get a thicker insole. That should take up the extra width and keep the shoe from slopping round. BTW Most shoe stores don't carry narrows because the people who need them are pretty rare. But do ask them if they can special order them in.
